Monday Munchies: Chiles al Fuego at Charro Steak

Chandler Chambers cheerfully chomped charred Chiles al Fuego at Charro Steak, chasing with chilled Chardonnay.

She slyly slurped the salty shishitos, smiling at the subtle spice

Alliteration aside, these subtle little peppers pack an addictive tangy, tart, umami combination with a slight addictive heat that builds slowly.

To top it off, you also get a tableside flambé of a show.

Oh, and for the record, the Chardonnay was just used for the alliteration. Go for something lighter like an Albariño for the better wine pairing.
