The Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recently announced its honorees for this year’s Noche de Exitos & Bi-National Awards Gala.

  • Hispanic Businessman of the Year: Don Guerra of Barrio Bread
  • Hispanic Businesswomen of the Year: Isabel Montaño, Erica Franco, Sandra Franco – La Estrella Bakery
  • Small/Medium Business of the Year: Buendia Breakfast & Lunch Cafe

The honorees will be recognized at the Awards Gala on Friday, November 3 at the Casino del Sol Resort & Spa.

In a joint statement, Rob Elias, President/CEO, and Board Chair Karla Bernal Morales of THCC expressed their excitement: “This event holds immense significance for us as we spotlight those making a meaningful impact in our region. We take great pleasure in celebrating and honoring these remarkable individuals.”

The 7,000-square-foot restaurant seats 200 guests with a large patio, and the design draws inspiration from a warm, old-world hacienda. The family behind Casa Vera is also known locally for Guadalajara Original Grill. Casa Vera will be open daily from 3-9 p.m. Reservations are available through @opentable or by emailing reservations@casaveratucson.com.
