Tucson Foodie Workshop Explores Local Spending
The Tucson entrepreneurship festival will feature a Tucson Foodie-led workshop focused on local spending and economic impact. āCertified Localist (Pilot Workshop): How Shifting Your Spending Can Strengthen Tucsonā runs from 2 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24 at Highwire.
Tucson Foodie owner Shane Reiser will lead the interactive session. Participants will learn how everyday spending decisions shape Tucsonās economy and small business ecosystem. The workshop will also introduce the upcoming Certified Localist initiative, which encourages residents to commit to supporting local businesses.
