The restaurant draws health-conscious diners with a made-from-scratch American breakfast menu. Favorites include the chilaquiles, French toast, and biscuits and gravy. The restaurant also offers their own loaves of bread bagged and ready for sale to-go.

Velvet Cowboy’s grand opening is Oct. 16, with upcoming events including drag brunches, DJs, and live music.🪩
