Local Chef Demos Every Saturday at Williams-Sonoma

Throughout the summer of 2014, Williams-Sonoma is hosting local chef demos every Saturday at noon. They usually run 2-3 hours.

Here’s the schedule:

  • May 17: Jared Scott, Maynard’s Market & Kitchen
  • May 24: Wanda Zhang, Harvest Moon
  • May 31: Valerie Verkerke, Culinary Concepts
  • June 7: Marianna Baines, Kingfisher/Bluefin
  • June 14: Brian Smith, Acacia Real Food & Cocktails
  • June 21: Jared Scott, Maynard’s Market & Kitchen
  • June 28: Janos Wilder, Downtown Kitchen & Cocktails
  • July 5: Chef Sandra Campana, Gigi’s Mexican Peruvian Fusion
  • July 12: Angel Fabian, Vero Amore & Noble Hops
  • July 19: Mike Byrer, Cup Cafe
  • July 26: Kevin Fink, Zona 78
  • August 2: Bruce Yim, Hacienda del Sol
  • August 9: TBA
  • August 16: Patrick Johnson, Feature Gourmet Food Truck

Past chefs include Albert Hall of Acacia, Tana Fryer of Blu: A Cheese Stop, Brandon Dillon from AgustĂ­n Kitchen, Jonathan Landeen from Jonathan’s Cork, Kingfisher’s Jim Murphy, and Cordon Bleu chef, Sybil Parsa.
