With March upon us, Ghini's French Caffe has a new round of food and beverage specials that celebrate their neighbor to the north.

It’s a good time to be in Tucson. With the weather beginning to warm, the pandemic slowing down, and a newly lifted mask mandate, there’s never been a better time in the past two years to get out and enjoy some local dining. And Ghini’s French Caffe is one of your best options for breakfast and lunch.

Start your day off right with  the Corned Beef Stacker – a hearty, Irish-inspired breakfast of rye toast layered with potatoes, cheddar cheese, sliced corned beef, and grilled onions. Topped with farm eggs cooked to your liking and Irish stout gravy, you might not even need lunch.

Erin go Burger

Every month you can look forward to a new burger at Ghini’s. For March, Ghini’s French Caffe is featuring the Irish Stout Onion Cheddar Burger with toasted caraway aioli. This juicy burger is topped with grilled onion in a savory stout sauce and melted cheddar. A toasted caraway seed aioli seals the deal. Served on fresh, baked-next-door La Baguette roll.

Ghini’s Seussian-inspired Green Eggs & Ham features Canadian ham chopped and tossed with spinach, Gruyere cheese and basil wash, topped with basil infusion. Served with a choice of side and toast.

Hello, Beverages

It’s not really an Irish-inspired celebration without a special beverage. This month, enjoy Irish Cream Coffee, either iced or hot. It’s coffee with steamed milk, Irish coffee liquor (or Irish cream syrup if you’d like to keep it non-alcoholic) topped with a heap of whipped cream and nutmeg. March’s mimosa is an Irish Mimosa. For $10, you’ll get a glass of Champagne with shot of whiskey, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Maybe you’ll find a leprechaun in your glass. And, bonus: both of these drinks are $1 off during St. Patrick’s Day week (March 15-March 20).

Don’t forget: Ghini’s is all about supporting local as much as possible, from varying food suppliers to its in-store merchandise, to plateware, and more.

Ghini’s French Cafe is located at 1803 E Prince Rd. For more information, including hours and full menu, visit ghiniscafe.com.
