Run by Stephen and Amanda Paul, Hamilton Distillers is the first small-batch distillery in the Southwest. Lucky for us, their mesquite-smoked whiskey is superb. If you’ve tried their handmade spirits you’re probably wondering when the heck you can get your hands on your very own bottle. Here’s the update: Amanda and Stephen have just moved their operation to a huge new space where they’re prepping to have whiskey on the shelves of Rum Runner and Plaza Liquors by holiday season of 2014. Now you know what to gift yourself.
