End of Summer Wine Events at Callaghan Vineyards

Early fall is one of the best times to travel south to Sonoita and sample the delicious wines produced right in Tucson’s backyard. Check out the upcoming events featuring Callaghan Vineyards, one of our favorite spots to sip local wine.

August 30th and September 13th – Vineyard Wine Tour and Tasting

Bring your walking shoes and an umbrella (just in case) to Callaghan Vineyards at 4:30 for a tour and tasting. If you miss out on the August 30 tour, Callaghan’s will host a second on September 13. This event promises to be a fun and educational evening in a beautiful setting. CV asks that you RSVP to callaghanvineyards@gmail.com and then pay at the door. More information is available on the Callaghan Vineyards event page.

August 30th – The Great Arizona Grape Stomp 5k Fun Run at Lightning Ridge Cellars

Callaghan is among several wineries participating in this fun event. Racers can run or walk through the Lightning Ridge Cellars Vineyard. For more information check out the Grape Stomp 5K website or register for the race online.
