If you’ve got a sweet tooth,
Wildflower is planning three exclusive dessert demonstration classes this summer just for you. Thirty dollars gets you a chilled glass of Prosecco, yummy Wildflower cheese board and an hour with pastry chef Karen “Spike” Ames as she creates a signature summer sweet for you to enjoy. Spike says that the desserts she’ll be presenting are pretty simple to recreate and she hopes that’s just what you’ll do. Here’s the schedule:
June 22, 2-3pm – Gluten Free Summer Fruit Tart
July 13, 2-3pm- Sweet Corn Dessert
August 27, 2-3pm – Peanut Butter Semifreddo
