Summer Inspired Chef’s Dinner at Wildflower

Fox Restaurants’ Wildflower is offering a summer-inspired chef’s dinner prepared by executive chef Omar Huerta. The July 28 6:00 pm dinner will offer guests five courses with wine pairings from around the world.

The set menu includes:

  • Kusshi Oyster – Avocado Tartar-Yuzu Snow-Thai Basil 
  • Pork Rillette – Pickled Summer Berries-Smoked Pistachio-Fennel Toast 
  • Sea Trout – Crispy Corn Rigatoni-Tomato Pistou-Bacon Jus 
  • Duck Breast – Beluga Lentil “Bourguignon”- Meyer Lemon-Horseradish Root 
  • Cherry Tart – Chocolate Curd-Marzipan-Toasted Meringue 

“We wanted to celebrate the mid-point of summer with something special, something that uniquely represents our commitment at Wildflower to creating exceptional menus that our guests can’t find elsewhere,” stated Omar Huerta, Executive Chef.  “This was a fun menu to put together in which we were able to celebrate different mains with a summer twist – we believe this is one reason why our guests keep returning,” he concluded.

Reservations are requested.  The seating is at 6:00 pm and price is $55.00 per person, tax and gratuity excluded.
