Tavolino Ristorante Italiano will feature JAX Vineyards at a special wine dinner Wednesday, October 8 at 6pm.
JAX President, Dan Parrott will be present to answer questions and chat about the Calistoga, California based, family-run winery and vineyard.
Four wines will be featured and paired with courses one through four. Dinner, which includes the pairing, is priced at $75 per person.

Course One
- Arugula con Formaggi – Arugala salad with gorgonzola cream vinaigrette, pears & candied walnuts,

- Fiore di Prosciutto con Burrata – Parma prosciutto with roasted cherry tomatoes burrata cheese and basil pesto

Course Three
- Ravioli alle tre Carni – House made veal, pork, and beef ravioli, with a brown butter sage sauce
- Paired with:Â JAX”Y3″ Tareau, Red Blend, Dry Creek, 2011
Course Four
- Bistecca ai Funghi – NY strip steak with mushroom Madeira sauce, gnocchi alla Romana and spinach
- Paired with:Â JAX Cabernet Franc, Napa Valley, 2011
