Whether it’s craft beer, local wine, scotch, or whiskey, Tucson loves pairing dinners.
On July 20, Reforma is bringing tequila to the dinner table. Though their doors have only been open for under a year, a tequila dinner has been a long time coming.
Reforma is pulling a selection of Don Julio tequila from their extensive list, comprised of over 257 tequila varieties. Expect creative twists on central Mexican cuisine, like Bone Marrow Salsa with Salt-Cured Nopales and Bacon Fat Poached Carnitas.
The $55 dinner starts at 6:30pm and includes five courses, each paired with an aged tequila. As an added bonus, it’s even on Margarita Monday.
