If you consider yourself a pizza professional and want to extend your skills beyond the home kitchen, this is your opportunity. Sauce Pizza + Wine is hosting the BYOP (Build Your Own Pizza) Challenge again October 1 through 18.

The objective is to find the best customer creation and feature it for the entire month of November.

To enter the Sauce BYOP contest:

1. Choose your crust (hand stretched, thin, or gluten-free)
2. Choose your sauce (or skip it all together)
3. Choose your toppings (within reason)
4. Give it a name (points for creativity)

Submit your recipe on the Sauce Facebook page, or at any of the three Sauce locations in Tucson. Corporate Executive Chef Christopher Christiano will select a winner based on taste, flavor and creativity.

In addition to the $200 in gift cards to Sauce, $1 of every pizza ordered will go to a charity of the winner’s choice.
