The Living Room wine cafe and lounge will open at 2905 E Skyline Drive in La Encantada shopping center on Friday, October 9.
The restaurant will fill the 3000 square-foot space previously occupied by Armitage Wine Lounge & Cafe, with indoor and patio seating.
“The Living Room is truly the modern day neighborhood hangout,” said owner Tom Kaufman. “Its a chill lounge with great food.”
The menu is built for sharing, and includes items like salads, seafood, starters, bruschetta, flatbreads, burgers, desserts and more. Brunch will be offered Saturday and Sunday with a “healthy and hardy menu” including crepes. The bar offers 35 wines and sangrias by the glass, a handpicked list of wines by the bottle and a full bar.
The Living Room currently has locations in Scottsdale and Chandler, all sharing a common mantra: love, laugh, lounge.
Hours will be Monday – Thursday, 11am – midnight; Friday, 11am – 2am; Saturday, 9am – 2am; Sunday, 9am – 10pm. DJ entertainment will be offered Thursday – Saturday.
Sister concept Humble Pie is slated to open in La Encantada in mid-November.
