Chef Ryan Clark’s announcement that he would be leaving Agustin Kitchen raised a number of questions. First and foremost, what’s next?
“Ryan Clark is a three-time Iron Chef of Tucson with a national brand, so, let’s face it, whatever he does makes news…whether that’s mixing up margaritas with a jalapeno tincture spray or churning his own butter with lamb fat,” said host of On The Menu…Live Matt Russell. “So when news broke that he was leaving Agustin Kitchen, I just had to book him for this Saturday’s show. He’ll be co-hosting the hour with me, and we’ll discuss this latest development and what we can all expect from Ryan Clark in the near future.”

In addition to Clark’s commentary, listeners will get a sneak peek at Commoner & Co.’s new fall menu, which debuts next week. Clark and Russell will be interviewing “the folks making culinary and cocktail news at this hot Foothills eatery.”
The show is hosted by public relations executive and culinary enthusiast Matt Russell. In addition to his radio responsibilities owning a public relations agency, Russell is called on regularly to serve as a celebrity judge at local and national food and cocktail competitions, including Iron Chef Tucson, Agave Fest, Tucson Taco Festival, Nugget Rib Cook-Off, and the Tucson Firefighters’ Chili Cook-Off.
