If you’re an early riser, AzuL’s sunrise breakfast buffet might be your pick. But if you’re not, Westin La Paloma’s in-resort restaurant also offers brunch.
From 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the sunrise buffet will feature custom juice blends, housemade granola, fresh fruit, breads, bagels, and pastries, eggs and potatoes, and AzuL’s trademark breakfast dishes including lemon ricotta pancakes and cinnamon brioche French toast.
From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., brunch will feature a salad bar, custom omelets, fresh fruit, cheese, crackers, and bread. If you’re looking for brunch and a relaxing day in the butterfly exhibit at the Botanical Gardens, Cafe Botanica is the perfect place to take your mom.
From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., brunch at Cafe Botanica will feature the regular menu and three specials, including smoked trout with egg and lime-cilantro butter, huevos rancheros and corn tortilla with nopalito tepary bean relish and eggs, and roasted eggplant tarte with goat cheese and herbs.
