“Elevated” NYC Deli Feast with Chef Jeremy Hernandez-Kneller + Prime Leaf Dispensary

Jul 7, 20262 min read

Tucson Doobie brings its infused dinner series back on July 14th with a five-course feast with Prime Leaf Dispensary. This Doobie Dinner features chef Jeremy Hernandez-Kneller of Kneller’s Delicatessen. He builds the menu around his signature east coast deli-inspired fare, refined for the occasion.

This dinner celebrates a cuisine rooted in tradition, comfort, and generations of craft. Chef Jeremy honors those roots while elevating each plate with care. As a result, guests can expect familiar deli classics reimagined through a finer-dining lens.

The Pairings

Keeping the beverages elevated, guests will enjoy cannabis-infused mocktails crafted by Uncle Arnie’s. The pairings complement the food and carry the experience from first bite to last. Additionally, IO Extracts will attend the dinner and connect with guests throughout the night.

Where food and cannabis collide

Doobie Dinners explore the intersection of cannabis and cuisine, providing guests with a unique experience. The Prime Leaf team will be on hand with a goody bag for every diner, ensuring the experience extends well beyond the table.

Like every Tucson Doobie event, this dinner centers on community and connection. Guests share a table, swap stories, and enjoy an evening built around food, cannabis culture, and good company. Each dinner is unique, and each is a night to remember.

The Menu

Chef Jeremy’s east coast deli style influence is apparent in these courses, each crafted with intention and a nod to family roots.
