Ticket Terms

The terms that apply to every ticket you buy from Tucson Foodie, for festivals and members' dinners, including refunds, weather and admission.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Tucson Foodie LLC produces and promotes events, including festivals and members' dinners. We cannot control every circumstance that may affect an event. These terms are an agreement between you and Tucson Foodie LLC. By buying a ticket, you agree to them. Where an event's page gives different details (for example a different refund window or age limit), the event page applies.

Refunds and changes

  • Refunds: Tickets may be refunded up to 72 hours before the event. After that, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.
  • Requesting a refund: Use the "Request a refund" button on your ticket or in your ticket email, or email info@tucsonfoodie.com with your name, email address and ticket details.
  • Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, you will receive a refund.
  • Postponement: If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date if it is within 6 months. If the new date is more than 6 months later, you may request a refund.
  • Programming: Vendors, menus, entertainment and other programming may change.
  • Event updates: We announce changes on our website, on social media and by email to the ticket holder. Please check before you travel that the event is going ahead as scheduled.
  • Travel and related costs: If an event is cancelled or postponed, Tucson Foodie LLC is not responsible for costs such as travel, accommodation or parking.

Weather (outdoor events)

Our outdoor events go on in most weather, but safety comes first. Our team and venue staff make weather decisions together, and venue staff can pause an event or clear the grounds at any time.

  • Light rain: The event continues as long as conditions are safe.
  • Heavy rain: We may pause the event while the grounds are checked. It resumes once conditions are safe.
  • Lightning: If lightning is detected within 8 miles, everyone must leave the event area. The event resumes after the all-clear and 30 minutes with no new lightning.
  • Weather cancellation: If weather delays total 90 minutes, or lightning delays happen three times, the event is cancelled for that day. Tickets remain valid for a rescheduled event within 6 months, or you may request a refund by emailing info@tucsonfoodie.com within 60 days after the event.

Admission and safety

  • Admission: Tucson Foodie LLC may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who breaks event rules or poses a health, safety or security risk to others. No refund is given to anyone refused entry or removed for late arrival, declining a search, abusive, threatening or intoxicated behavior, smoking in no-smoking areas, carrying weapons or illegal substances, or unauthorized commercial photography or recording.
  • Alcohol: At events that serve alcohol, it is served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID. Events are all ages unless the event page says otherwise.

Ordering and tickets

  • Fraud prevention: We may ask for more information after a purchase to verify it, and we may cancel any order we believe is fraudulent or high-risk.
  • Ordering online: Please use one browser window or tab when ordering. Using several can cause lost tickets, an expired checkout, or the wrong tickets.
  • Confirmation: Please review your order before paying. If you don't receive a confirmation page or email after paying, or you see an error, contact info@tucsonfoodie.com to confirm whether your order went through.
  • Contact information: Please give a valid email address and keep it current. Email is how we reach ticket holders.
  • Ticket sales and availability: Only Tucson Foodie LLC sets ticket prices and availability. Popular events may sell out. Extra tickets may sometimes become available before the event.
  • Transfers: You may send a ticket to someone else from your ticket. The original code stops working and the new holder receives their own.

Grant Road construction near Alvernon Way is nearing its end. Crews started in May 2024 and expect to finish October 2026. The finished road will have six lanes, landscaped medians, and buffered bike lanes.

Meanwhile, neighborhood restaurants have kept serving customers through lane shifts and driveway limits. Drivers who avoided the area may have skipped a few favorites. Now that the finish line is in sight, it is a good time to return. Here are four restaurants worth a visit.
