Event Waiver
The waiver that applies to every Tucson Foodie event, covering food and drink, allergens and personal injury.
Last updated: November 2026
Food and drink
Food and drinks at Tucson Foodie events are prepared and served by restaurants, vendors and venues. We do not prepare, test or monitor what is served or what you consume. You eat and drink at your own risk. Dishes may contain or touch allergens, including nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy and shellfish. If you have an allergy, ask the person serving you before you eat. If you tell us about a dietary need, we will pass it along, but we can't guarantee how it is handled.
Personal injury
Attending an event carries risks, including illness, allergic reaction, accidents and injury. You accept those risks. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Tucson Foodie LLC and its owners, employees, volunteers and sponsors from claims for personal or bodily injury connected with the event.
Who this covers
This applies to every Tucson Foodie event you attend. If you buy a ticket or RSVP for someone else, you confirm you may agree for them and will share these terms. If you bring anyone under 18, you agree for them as their parent or guardian. Entering an event also means you accept this waiver.
