Arizona Inn will welcome Three Wells Distilling Company on Thursday, May 12 at 6:30 p.m. for the second event in their spring dinner series.

If you attended the first dinner with Whiskey Del Bac, you know that Chef Sam Allison has prepared tasting menus to highlight the hotel’s 85-year history.

This week’s event will feature a four-course dinner paired with three different cocktails from Three Wells Distilling Company.

Three Wells cofounder and distiller Matt Montgomery will be present at the event to speak with guests and introduce the drinks of the night. If you’re interested, bottles of the highlighted spirits can be purchased after the event.

First Course

Paired with a flight of Blue Agave, Sonora Silver, and Sonora Copper Cocktails

  • Street taco trio including braised short rib, chipotle chicken, and jackfruit ceviche

Second Course

Paired with Sonora Silver Cocktail

  • Grilled pineapple, avocado, red onion, and watercress salad

Third Course

Paired with Blue Agave Cocktail

  • Buffalo bistro tenderloin w/ mole sauce, blue agave marinated shrimp w/ grilled mango, and tepary bean mash

Fourth Course

Paired with Sonora Copper Cocktail

  • Trio of chile chocolate cake, caramel flan, Mexican wedding cookies

Seating is limited with a 40-person capacity, so reservations are required. Dinner costs $65 per person.
