Beginning Thursday, June 2, Jonathan’s Cork will host the famous and beloved spread that is Patio Pig, an annual roasted pig buffet that occurs every Thursday in June.
Previous Patio Pig events featured culinary tastings from China, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Panama, and the Caribbean. This year, Jonathan’s Cork will take a trip to cities on the west coast.
Patio Pig will be offered every Thursday in June from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m at Jonathan’s Cork, 6320 E. Tanque Verde Road. The bar opens at 3 p.m.
This year. Patio Pig will feature the following cities:
- Thursday, June 2 — Ensenada, Mexico
- Thursday, June 9 — San Francisco, California
- Thursday, June 16 — Portland, Oregon
- Thursday, June 23 — Seattle, Washington
The events also feature drink specials and a new menu each week.
The buffet for the first dinner will showcase culinary inspiration from Ensenada, Mexico. Food will include birria, chilaquiles, green chili pork, shrimp tacos, beans, Spanish rice, octopus seafood cocktails, chicken enchiladas, salads, and a taco bar.
The buffet is priced at $25 per person.
