It’s that time again — time for NoRTH Italia’s monthly community dinner.

The four course community dinner will be served at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24.

Prepared by executive chefs Carlos Calderon and Omar Huerta, the NoRTH dinner will highlight items from Emilia Romagna in Italy, and will offer beverage pairings with each course.

The dinner is priced at $50 per person.

Antipasto
  • Prosciutto di Parma — Baby greens, organic Bosc pear, and white balsamic reduction
Primo
  • Lasagna Verde — Hayden Mills flour spinach pasta, bolognese, parmesan cream, and parmigiano reggiano
Secondo
  • Pollo alla Cacciatore — Organic chicken, roman gnocci, local roasted vegetables and potato
Dolce
  • Crostata di Pesche — Organic peach crostada and aged balsamic reduction
