The now sixty-year-old Mama Louisa’s Italian Restaurant is hosting a four course dinner at 6 p.m. Tuesday, August 30.

Not only will the Italian restaurant offer a four course meal, each course will also be served with a wine pairing. Mama Louisa’s Chef Michael Elefante spent years honing his craft at Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain’s Core before heading back into the family business.

The dinner is priced at $50 per person. Reservations are required.

First Course
  • Beef Carpaccio — Served with fried cappers, pepperoncini bone marrow brown butter, and petite greens
  • Paired with Avissi Prosecco
Second Course
  • Heirloom Yellow Tomato Gazpacho — Served with crab avocado mousse, chili oil, and potato gaufrette
  • Paired with Feudi Gregorio Falanghina
Third Course
  • Pistachio Crusted Lamb Chops — Served with rainbow chard, parsnips risotto, mini vegetables, and port demi
  • Paired with Zenato Ripassa
Fourth Course
  • Strawberry Basil Panna Cotta
