It’s time for another tequila dinner at Reforma Cocina Y Cantina.

This time, the restaurant will pair four courses with Herradura tequila at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 19.

Herradura has been around a long time. Like, since 1870. In fact, the required Blue Weber agave plants, of which there are 15 million of at any given time at The Casa where the tequila is made, are all propagated from the original 1870 plants.

The dinner is priced at $60 per person. Reservations are required.

Reforma Herradura Tequila Dinner Menu

Appetizer

• Reforma Mollete — Tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, manchego, crostini, and prickly pear reduction
• Paired with Rhubarb Daisy — Herradura Silver, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup, and rose water

Soup

• Watermelon Gazpacho — Pepita and epazote pesto
• Paired with Paloma Rouge — Herradura Reposado, jalapeño simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and mint

Entree

• Short Rib Barbacoa — Green chili gratin and calabacitas
• Paired with Hemingway Margarita — Herradura Anejo, grapefruit juice, agave syrup, fresh lime, and maraschino

Dessert

• Lemon-Thyme Panna Cotta — Ginger shortbread cookie and raspberry sauce
• Paired with Agave Kiss — Herradura ULTRA, Creme de Cacao, Chambord, and heavy cream
