Once again, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort has joined forces with Dragoon Brewing Company to host 2016’s second Casks & Cooks event. This year’s Casks & Cooks Oktoberfest and Beerducation will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 17.

Guests will learn about the benefits of beer over wine and the basics of food and beverage pairings. Dragoon Brewing founder Tristan White will also be present to provide an introduction to sensory analysis.

Casks & Cooks will feature craft beer selections paired with barbecued and grilled-to-order specials including brined ribs, smoked tri tip, bomba rice, squid ink paella, and all of your Oktoberfest favorites.

This event tends to sell out (if it hasn’t already) so be sure to purchase tickets in advance.
