Oyster Bake Tuesdays & Half-Off Wine Bottles at Agustin Kitchen

By Tucson Foodie

Anyone into oysters in Tucson knows that we have a limited number of worthy options for the reputed aphrodisiac of a food bivalve.

Agustin Kitchen is one of them.

Now if you’re thinking of heading to AK for a cold plate of fresh, raw oysters, by all means, you can do that nearly any day of the week and will not be disappointed. But every Tuesday, you can swing on by for good ol’ fashioned oyster bake. Actually, it’s not that old fashioned. It’s much better.

Look for Kumiai oysters baked with butter, Parmigiano-Reggiano, sauteed garlic, gremolata, lemon cheeks, and citrus-garlic moonshine.

For $10, you get 5 oysters. Also, it’s half-off all wine bottles. Simple as that.

See you there.

Agustin Kitchen is located 100 S. Avenida del Convento inside Mercado San Agustin, just west of Interstate 10 on Congress. For more information, including hours and reservations, visit agustinkitchen.com or call (520) 398-5382.
