As The Grill at Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort continues to travel the world in their cuisine, tonight’s stop will be in Tuscany, Italy.

The four-course Tuscany-inspired wine dinner will be held at Hacienda Del Sol from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. tonight, Thursday, October 20.

Tickets for the event are priced at $95 per person with beverage pairings or $65 per person without beverage pairings.

First Course
  • Grilled Octopus — With prosciutto dust, stewed tomato, and Calabrian chili
  • Paired with La Spinetta Vermentino 2014
Second Course
  • Hay Roasted Quail — With cannellini puree and blue foot mushroom
  • Paired with Renzo Masi, Chianti Rufina Reserva DOCG 2013
Third Course
  • Squid Ink Lobster Agnolotti — With sea urchin cream, pea tendril, and pistachio brittle
  • Paired with Il Fauno di Arcanum IGT  2012 and Ca’ Marcanda “Promis” Toscano IGT 2013
Fourth Course
  • Olive Oil Cake — With white balsamic figs and chamomile cream
  • Paired with Castellare San Niccolo Vin Santo del Chianti Classico 2009 DOC
