Sullivan’s Steakhouse will be hosting a five-course dinner with wines from Cain Vineyard & Winery.

The event will begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 1 and feature five courses with wine pairings from Cain Vineyard located in California’s Spring Mountain District.

The dinner is priced at $125 per person, which includes tax and gratuity. Reservations are required by calling 520-299-4275.

First Course

• Pickled oysters, strawberry pearls, and mignonette
• Paired with La Marca Prosecco, Italy

Second Course

• Lamp chops with wild mushrooms couscous and Cain mushroom bordelaise
• Paired with Cain Cuvee NV12 Napa Valley

Third Course

• Roasted duck breast with gouda grits and Fonseca port cherry reduction
• Paired with Cain Five 2012 Spring Mountain District, Napa Valley

Fourth Course

• Beef Wellington with wild mushroom foie gras duxelles, aged cheddar potatoes, and Cain Demi
• Paired with Cain Concept “The Benchland” 2010

Fifth Course

• White chocolate cheesecake with Luxardo cherries and Chantilly cream
• Paired with Fonseca Bin No. 27 Douro, Portugal
