Whether you’ll be waking up with a wicked hangover from closing out 2016 at Hotel Congress’s Old Vegas New Years Eve bash, or simply want to head downtown for brunch, check out what the Cup Cafe has planned.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and keeping with the Vegas theme, guests will be treated to a Vegas-style buffet in Copper Hall.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Parfait bar with house made granola, yogurt, various fruit and preserves, and dried fruit
• Chilaquiles Verde
• Fried Chicken & Waffles
• Silver Dollar Pancakes with various syrups, including berry, banana rum, and waffle
• Savory Crepes
• House made breakfast sausage
• Applewood Bacon
• Home fries
• Scrambled eggs
• Stuffed French toast filled with berry mascarpone and topped with powdered sugar
• House Cured Lox Benedict
• Cheese & Fruit
• Carving station of whole roasted leg of lamb with mint chimichurri
• Chocolate Fountain

Buffet Beverages

• Includes coffee, tea, and orange juice
• Cash bar options, including Bloody Mary, Mimosa, Bellini, house red and white wine, and bottled beer

For reservations, contact the Cup Cafe at (520) 622-8848. Seating availability is limited and it’s pretty safe to assume the hotel will be fully booked, meaning lots of hungry late morning guests. The buffet is $45 per person, $18 for children under 12, and free for kids under age two.
