Serial Grillers, the local, beloved, and morbidly named pizza and sandwich shop – with equally morbidly named menu items – will open its doors to the public on Monday, January 23 at 11 a.m.

The full menu of the first location, which includes favorites such as the Psycho Ribeye Cheesesteak (ribeye, grilled onion, jalapeño, cilantro mayo, tomato, pepper jack), The Bone Collector pizza (olive oil, mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, boneless chicken wings, scallions, ranch, buffalo sauce), and the From Hell Panini (chipotle chicken, jalapeño, cilantro mayo, avocado and three pepper colby jack cheese) will all be available.

Ice cream will not be available at the new location and beer and wine will be on hold until the liquor license is approved, which could take until the end of February. Once approved, expect a hefty selection of craft beer. Additionally, a few cocktails will be available, including a Margarita, Mai Tai, and Bloody Mary.

Brothers Travis and William Miller started Serial Grillers as a food truck in August 2012 before settling into a brick and mortar location in September 2013. In 2016, the Serial Griller received worldwide fame when the Food Network included The Bone Collector pizza as a top 50 delivery pizza.

Hours for the new location, which begin Monday, are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday – Thursday and 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday.
