Chef Ryan Clark is hosting a four-course wine dinner with Spanish cuisine and Spanish wine from Juan Gil Bodegas Familiares at PY Steakhouse at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28.

Juan Gil Bodegas Familiares began with Juan Gil Jiménez in 1916, who built the original winery in Jumilla, Spain.

The dinner features Spanish influences with ingredients such as padrón peppers, jamón, and pimentón.
