Culinary Bootcamp 101 Hands On Cooking Class

6 – 9 p.m. Tuesday, February 21 • $120 per person

James Beard Award-winning chef Janos Wilder will teach a comprehensive class with basic knife skills, simple vinaigrettes and salads, breaking down a chicken, stocks, sauces, and easy summer desserts. Enjoy a meal of the items prepared in class upon conclusion.

Fashion fundraising brunch Edith “Head to Toe” will feature “Red Carpet” photos,  brunch from chef Janos Wilder, and an Oscars-inspired fashion show by Robert Black.
