Graze Premium Burgers is planning to open a second location by mid-to-late fall at 5635 E. Broadway Blvd.

“We’ve always wanted to do something on the east side,” said Paolo DeFilippis, co-owner of Graze. “I’ve had a lot of customers ask about east side.”

Graze’s eastside location will feature most of the same menu as the original location with the possible addition of a few items from sister concept Truland Burgers & Greens.

“The look and feel will be fresh and new for our concept,” DeFilippis said. FORS Architecture + Interiors designed the space to capture an indoor/outdoor feel.

Additionally, the new location will feature a an order-ahead pick-up window.

Operating hours will be the same as the original location, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The original Graze location opened at 2721 E. Speedway Blvd. on August 2014 and developed a following with their burgers, Belgian-style Kennebec potato fries, curry ketchup, and Maine Root fountain sodas.
