Hidden gems are what make being into food exciting. It’s like discovering a new song that you just love, or learning something new.
Many of you probably are aware of the artsy and delicious hidden gem of a restaurant exists on the grounds of the Tucson Museum of Art & Historic Block. And some of you may not be.
Cafe a la C’Art has served delectable pastries and a busy, impeccable lunch for years. More recently they expanded into dinner service, and the space really is special with a romantic vibe both inside and out.
From now through August 31, every Wednesday through Saturday night the cafe will offer a smoking Summer Special for two: a choice of two entrees and two glasses of wine for $45.
As an added bonus, every Thursday of the month TMA is open late, making Cafe a la C’Art’s dinner special the ideal date night spot. And on the first Thursday of the month admission to the museum is free from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
If that wasn’t enough, Connie Brannock & Friends, will lay down funk, soul, and blues from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. on select Wednesdays.
