The hash is only served on weekends — don't miss out.

If you haven’t been to Le Buzz Caffe for breakfast, you’re missing out.

Le Buzz is a casual spot with a seat-yourself policy that welcomes everyone.

While the smell of their house-roasted coffee is enough to lure you in, opt for their House Special — a Housemade Chorizo Potato Hash with Two Poached Eggs ($10) — and you’re here to stay.

Surprisingly, at just $10, the hash seems enough for two — unless you’ve brought one heck of an appetite. The medley of finely diced potato, mild chorizo, crunchy onion, and bell pepper is topped with two medium-poached eggs, a smattering of chimichurri, and a generous portion of toast.

Pro tip: Order a side of chimichurri and douse the dish in this vibrant sauce. The garlic and fresh herbs cut through the blandness of the potato. It’s a refreshing addition.

If you can make it to the toast, a rich smear of butter and spoon of berry jam is a sweet ending to a filling meal. (And get one of their house cookies. You simply can’t leave without a Le Buzz cookie.)
