Beer, the beautiful stars & loving support for the desert animals.

(GMT-07:00)

Soon, the weather will be toasty in the Sonoran Desert, so why not propose a toast to it?

For the well being of all species, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is throwing a “Party for the Planet” from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 11.

It’s a great opportunity to soak in the beauty of the desert while sipping on some of the best local and regional beer available.

The fun doesn’t stop there, though. You can also taste sweet and savory snacks, admire the stars, dance the night away, visit with the animals, stop by the Hello Gorgeous Photo Booth, and more.

Party on, Tucsonans.

General Admission tickets are $30 per person and include 15 beer tastings, snacks, admission to the Stingray Touch exhibit, and a commemorative sticker.

You can also buy VIP and Designated Driver tickets, as well, so choose wisely.

Participating Beverage Partners

This year’s “Party for the Planet” will be celebrating Endangered Species Day.

The day was created to really get to know about the importance of protecting endangered species — much like the Mexican gray wolves — and other actions you can do to help protect them.
