Listed at the top of the vegan menu, the Eggplant Sandwich features a plethora of savory Mediterranean ingredients in a crusty baguette.

Tender, savory eggplant is complemented with sweet roasted red bell pepper, smooth hummus, tart pepperoncini, meaty Kalamata olives, and crisp romaine lettuce.
