It seems that Ares Collective — the team behind Commoner & Co., Prep & Pastry, and August Rhodes Market — hasn’t slept this year.
In the past few months, the team launched a new concept, August Rhodes Market. Additionally, Prep & Pastry opened its first location outside of Tucson. Most recently, they revamped both the interior and the kitchen at Commoner & Co.
The renovation was more than a fresh coat of white paint; the entire feel has changed with beautifully hand-crafted wooden tables, greenery, a new bar, and additional seating, which allows them to accommodate 150 guests.
FJI Design handled the interior design, while Midtown Artisan created the tables and banquettes with additional work from Old Pueblo Craftsman.
In addition, the menu has been updated for the season. Commoner & Co. invited us in early for a sneak peek; here are the photos from our experience.
