The downtown restaurant known for its comfortable setting and comfort food, HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery, has been producing a series of “Comfort Convos” on Instagram. The conversations have been surrounded around comfort foods and what it means to people.
Now, the restaurant is ready to put all of these conversations onto plates with its Secret Comfort Dinner — a five-course dining experience at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 7.
Golly, it’s going to be a tasty adventure, too. The dinner will be specially crafted by executive chef David Bishow, who’s taking a deep dive into the concept of comfort food.
Tickets to the dinner are $60 per person and can reserve your spot by calling (520) 207-8201. Once you’ve secured your spot a password will be given to you. That secret code will be used to access the cozy, hidden space that’s tucked away behind a velvet rope.
Also, in HUB news, the restaurant recently revealed its Spring Menu, which features the return of the crowd-pleasing Classic Meatloaf, an ode to southwestern flavors with Tucson Loaded Fries, and a couple of new salads, too.
