The new ice cream and goodies shop at 314 E. Sixth St. will be open noon – 8 p.m., making it the area’s newest “ultimate munchie spot.”

Back in June 2022, word spread about Sullivan’s Eatery & Creamery permanently closing its doors after 45 years of business. The equipment the restaurant used to make its ice cream was up for grabs and, without hesitation, Cole and Navarro acquired not only the machinery but some recipes as well.

  • Watermelon-TajÍn

The Mexican Italian ice shop, which also sells bottles of hot sauce, salsa, chips, and other treats, will be open 1 – 9 p.m. on Wednesday – Sunday.

When it comes to Tanna’s Botannas’ candy, it’s possible you’ve seen them scattered around town in shops or restaurants. However, you can now buy the sweet treats at Puro Ice and they also have a brick-and-mortar location at 4426 S. Sixth Ave.
