Snap a twig from a tree and call it a wand because Wizarding Out West is going to be a celebration of all things wizarding at Trail Dust Town. The magical event is happening on Sunday, March 19 from 2 – 6 p.m. at 6541 E. Tanque Verde Rd.
The event is for all aspiring wizards (and muggles) and will include multiple vendors along “Wizard Alley,” magic shows, a sorting hat experience, a potions class presented by Bookmans, butterbeer, themed food, “Care of Creatures” petting zoo with TRAK, photo opportunities galore, a magical train ride and other amusement rides, costume contest, and merriment.
Is there anything we missed? Oh, and there’s going to be a VIP lounge just for those 21 years and older. Here there will be close-up magic, tarot card reading, and special themed bar options.
So, get dressed up in your favorite robe, throw a scarf around your neck, and have a magical time. Just don’t try wearing an invisibility cloak to get in without paying. That would be riddikulus.
Below are the ticket options (anyone younger than two years old can get in for free).
Any remaining tickets purchased the day of the event will be priced at $20 for General Admission and $25 for upgraded tickets.
Wizarding Out West is a homegrown fan event created for our local community to celebrate and grow our appreciation for the Harry Potter books and film series. Warner Bros. Entertainment and J.K. Rowling are not responsible for nor affiliated with this event.
