North Italia is celebrating summer big this season and with the farewell of its Summer Sips campaign, the restaurant located at La Encantada is launching a sweet and savory, three-course prix fixe brunch experience beginning on Saturday, August 5.
The brunch is going to be available every weekend throughout the month of August and will be priced at just $35 per person. Just head on in and request the three-course brunch on Saturday or Sunday before September.
The modern Italian restaurant’s prix fixe brunch will feature starters including the choice of a Banana Coffee Cake, Sicilian Meatball, and Charcuterie Plate.
Main dishes include the Cannoli French Toast with ricotta mascarpone, chocolate pearls, crushed pistachios, and maple syrup, a Farmer’s Market Scramble with grilled asparagus, piquillo pepper, spinach, cipollini, English pea, and Grana Padano, and a variety of hashes, pasta, pizzas and more will also be available for guests to enjoy.
Third-course dessert options include delectable Salted Caramel Budino and Italian Donuts.
In addition, guests can make the most of summer weather and good company with select brunch cocktails ($10 each) such as the You, Me & Capri with Campari, peach, and sparkling rose, a Breakfast Mule with crop Meyer lemon vodka, peach, fresh lemon, ginger beer and sparkling rose, and North Italia’s limited-time brunch cocktail, the Hugo Spritz, made with Fiorente elderflower, torn mint & basil, smashed citrus and prosecco.
As mentioned earlier, this brunch is only available on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month of August.
