Change is in the air at Forty Niners Country Club, and it’s not just the weather — yay for cooler temps! Recently, the club welcomed Brian Smith as their new Executive Chef, who spent multiple years at downtown’s Maynards.

Chef Smith brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the kitchen, resulting in an updated and much shorter menu that promises to satisfy after a full day on the range. The new menu is designed to cater to a diverse range of tastes, providing a par-fect dining experience for club members and guests alike.

One of the most exciting developments at Forty Niners is the expansion of their dinner entrees into the realm of fine dining. Chef Brian Smith has crafted a selection of gourmet dishes that reflect his experience throughout the years.

From the elevated appetizers to the entrees and everything in between, there’s something fore everyone!

You can check out each of the menus online.

Coming up…

The menu is not the only thing that’s being revamped.

The team at the Forty Niners Country Club is working on expanding its bar area. Currently, the bar offers a wide selection of cocktails, wines, and craft beers to perfectly complement your meal, but will soon be its own area within the restaurant where you can catch all the games.

For wine enthusiasts, Chef Brian is also working with local sommeliers to bring in wine-tasting experiences. More to come on that soon!

The Forty Niners Country Club is located at 12000 E. Tanque Verde Rd. For more information, visit fortyninercc.com or call (520) 749-4925.
