The Ramen Bar, located at 7555 N. La Cholla Blvd., is scheduled to open on Wednesday, June 4.

Their offerings span two distinct concepts: customizable poke bowls and burritos, and classic Japanese ramen and rice bowls.

Poke creations start with white or brown rice, a green base of mixed greens, lettuce, red cabbage, or kale. A wide selection of proteins, including salmon, tuna, spicy salmon, squid salad, shrimp, tofu, and more, can be topped with an array of vegetables and garnishes like avocado, cucumber, edamame, pineapple, jalapeño, masago, and sushi egg. Finally, crunchy toppings such as crispy onion, jalapeño, garlic, and wonton chips offer texture.

On the ramen side, diners can choose from four signature broths: tonkotsu, miso, shoyu, and vegan.

The Ramen Bar also features Japanese street food-style appetizers like gyoza, takoyaki, karaage, shrimp tempura, and fried squid legs.

A selection of rice bowls rounds out the menu, including Chicken, Chicken Curry, Shrimp Curry, Pork Katsu Curry, Eel, Beef, and Roasted Pork.

The website and social media are under construction; stay tuned for additional updates.

The Ramen Bar is located at 7555 N. La Cholla Blvd. Operating hours are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily. For more information, visit ramenbartucson.com or follow The Ramen Bar on Instagram.
