Tucson pie shop Sydney’s Sweet Shoppe holds its grand opening for a second location on May 30. The new space sits at 7090 N. Oracle Rd. Ste. 188 in La Toscana Village.

Owner Sydney Adams Yi launched her first brick-and-mortar at 8969 E. Tanque Verde Road in 2020.

From Home Kitchen to Viral Success

Adams Yi started small, baking at Cook Tucson and selling at farmers markets around the city. Then, the shop went viral on social media, drawing customers from across the state.

Sydney’s Sweet Shoppe now ranks among the best pie destinations in Tucson, alongside other notable local bakeries featured in Tucson Foodie’s bakery guide.

New Location

Sydney’s Sweet Shoppe specializes in traditional, handmade pies across a wide range of flavors and formats. The menu includes:

  • Whole pies, half pies, mini pies, and pie by the slice
  • Fruit pies, cream pies, and seasonal flavors
  • Cakes, including carrot cake, Texas sheet cake, and sour cream cheesecake
  • Specialty options for vegan, diabetic, and gluten-sensitive customers

The shop also partners with Sweet Lori Belles to offer fresh cupcakes in-store each week.
