Tinajas Wine Bar will host a mythology-themed menu release party from 6-11 p.m. on March 20. The event celebrates the spring equinox with new wines, seasonal bites, and immersive storytelling. Guests can expect a lively atmosphere that blends wine culture with myth-inspired creativity. Click here for a teaser video.
Additionally, the Tucson wine event invites attendees to explore a new by-the-glass menu paired with mythological narratives. Each wine reflects a legendary figure or creature, adding depth to every pour. The experience encourages guests to engage with both flavor and folklore.
The new menu introduces a “Mythological Creatures x Spring Menu 2026” concept. Each wine carries tasting notes tied to a specific myth or legend. For example, a white blend evokes Persephone’s return to spring, while other selections channel creatures like Pegasus or the Phoenix.
Meanwhile, the curated list highlights both classic and unexpected profiles. Guests can explore wines with notes ranging from citrus and florals to spice and dark fruit. The storytelling element adds a sensory layer that sets this Tucson wine event apart.

Live music will shape the evening’s energy from 7-9 p.m. DJ Nghtfvr from Last Night’s Makeup will perform a mix of modern soul and disco house. The soundtrack complements the event’s vibrant and immersive tone.
At the bar, the featured cocktail “Siren Song” blends sparkling yuzu soju with jasmine tea and candied ginger. The drink reflects the event’s mythological theme while offering a bright, spring-forward profile. Additionally, guests can enjoy new seasonal additions to the charcuterie menu.
Tinajas will also support a local cause during the event. Proceeds from select wines and beer will benefit Pima Animal Care Center at the end of March. Featured fundraiser beverages include Rascal Pinot Gris, Rascal Pinot Noir, and selections from Sleepy Dog Brewing Company.
Costumes are encouraged throughout the evening. Guests can dress in ethereal or wicked styles to match the Bacchanalia-inspired theme. The festive dress code adds another layer of engagement to this Tucson wine event.
Tinajas Wine Bar continues to build a reputation for creative programming and curated wine experiences. Events like this menu release highlight the bar’s focus on storytelling and community.
