If you’re looking to kick off your week with a unique twist, Mota Monday at The Side Door Casita is the place to be!

Hosted right next door to the Mexican seafood gem, Mariscos Chihuahua on 1009 N. Grande Ave., this weekly dining experience is more than just a meal — it’s a community celebration of flavor, fun, and cannabis culture.

At its core, Mota Monday is about community. It’s about gathering with friends, meeting new people, and starting the week on a high note — literally and figuratively.

Here’s How it Works:

Each Monday, there will be a new all-you-can-eat menu. Keep in mind that the regular menu will still be available next door at Mariscos Chihuahua.

Tickets ($35) for Mota Monday include an all-you-can-eat dinner with the option to infuse food, one dessert, endless beverages, a raffle ticket, and a goodie bag from sponsors. Purchase your tickets online.

Tucson Doobie Members get $10 off their ticket.

Additionally, enjoy yard games like cornhole and Connect Four — perfect for sparking friendly competition and laughter.

With cannabis sponsors on board, you’ll have the chance to explore new products and connect with like-minded individuals every Monday.

The Side Door Casita is located next door to Mariscos Chihuahua on 1009 N. Grande Ave. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit tkt.page.

Tucson’s barbecue options range from food trucks to full-service dining rooms. Some focus on classic Texas-style plates with butcher paper and simple sides. Others experiment with fusion dishes that blend barbecue with Mexican and Southwestern flavors. This variety gives diners plenty of options, whether they want a quick lunch or a sit-down meal.
