A Sonoran Folklore: Stories of the Desert

April 2 @ 5:30 pm

Join Ursa on Thursday, April 2 for an intimate, dinner series telling the story of food migration in the Sonoran Desert. Featuring a four-course family-style meal, guests will gather around a communal table of dishes that tell the story of how migration and trade routes transformed the Sonoran food systems.

In partnership with Cactus Cru, the evening will feature a curated selection of wines from the Arizona winemaker, which guests can order a la carte to pair throughout the meal. The evening will also feature a specialty beverage menu with cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks crafted to complement the tasting menu. Reservations are $85 per person and include a welcome beverage.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner starting promptly at 6 p.m.
