About

A dinner celebrating shared food heritage of the Three Sisters with chefs from Tucson; Bergamo, Italy; Mérida, México; and San Antonio.

A celebration to delight the senses and highlight the culinary heritage of the milpa. Join chefs from Tucson, Mérida, Bergamo, and San Antonio to feast in this sumptuous 5 course dinner. As part of the Pueblos del Maíz festivities, these UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy weave together a rich tapestry for the senses using the common threads of the Three Sisters - Maize, Beans, and Squash. Acclaimed chefs, culinary tradition, community, and conviviality come together for this special event.

The chefs of the Gastronomic Union of Tucson, in conjunction with Tucson City of Gastronomy, will collaborate with chefs Mehdi El Omari of Bergamo, Lizzeth Martinez of San Antonio, and Xóchitl Valdés of Mérida to offer an unforgettable evening and a delicious feast.

Dinner will include a welcome cocktail and wine with the meal.

Proceeds will benefit the Pueblos del Maíz Festival.
