S + P Salon Dinner, Vol. I

It is our pleasure to invite you to Salon Dinner • Volume I, the first in an ongoing series of intimate dining experiences celebrating the people, ingredients, and stories of the Sonoran Desert.

For this inaugural salon, we've created a menu inspired by the height of Tucson's monsoon season—its fleeting abundance, its extraordinary produce, and the simple pleasure of gathering around a table with friends, old and new.

Guests will be welcomed with hors d'oeuvres and a signature cocktail before settling into a thoughtfully paced multi-course dinner accompanied by curated wine pairings. Throughout the evening, many courses will be prepared over live fire, bringing an element of theater to a menu rooted in seasonality, craftsmanship, and a deep affection for Southern Arizona.

Our hope is simply that you'll leave well-fed, well cared for, and already looking forward to the next gathering.
